Through actual testing, the customer found that when processing cassava residue with a moisture content of 82%, using a belt dehydrator resulted in a large daily processing capacity. After dehydration, the moisture content decreased by about 40%, meeting the requirements for feed processing and storage.

The three-stage process of first draining free water in the gravity dehydration zone of the equipment, pre pressing in the wedge-shaped zone, and secondary pressing in the high-pressure zone can effectively separate the water in cassava residue, avoiding the efficiency decline caused by filter cloth blockage in traditional plate and frame filter presses, and improving processing efficiency by 40%.
